Small team, short decisions, no bureaucracy.
We drive our work by setting a long-term vision first, even when making short term decisions and making incremental advancements. This allows us to constantly advance in a way that does not impede on our future, past, and present progress.
There are three directors, and our team. That's it. If something needs a call, it gets approved within minutes rather than sitting in a queue waiting for a meeting that never gets scheduled. That is our definition of productivity.
We are responsible for both the intended and unintended consequences of our actions. What matters isn't the action itself, but the ones we take after that initial step. That's why it's crucial for us to make responsible and thought-out decisions on workgroups and projects that do not impact others. If we do, we figure out how to fix it rather than dwelling over who did it.
We put trust in our team and our community. That's why transparency is one of our core values. Unlike most studios, we do not gate our progress behind layers of classification and security. As long as you're in the team, you're in the know.
